The TOCCOA FIRST METHODIST CHURCH (TFMC) Children's Ministry program is for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. We work to involve children in the worship life of the church and intentionally provide opportunities for age-appropriate discipleship, mission, and outreach. We offer children's Sunday School classes on Sunday mornings at 9:45, and TFMC Kids meet on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:15 pm. We host many child-centered events throughout the year including Vacation Bible School, pumpkin painting, cookie decorating, Easter egg hunts, and fun performance in the annual Christmas party.
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Sunday Mornings
Children meet for Sunday School every Sunday at 9:45 am upstairs in the main building. Children's Sunday school classes are separated by grade level to ensure that students are taught at the appropriate level. During Sunday School, students may dive deep into Bible stories, make crafts, learn music, or discuss other relevant topics. Learn more about Sunday School offerings here.
Wednesday Evenings
TFMC Kids meets on Wednesday evenings at
6 pm. During meeting times, students learn
BIBLE STORIES WITH PUPPETS, play games,
make crafts, learn songs, and more.
Vacation Bible School
Each summer we offer a vacation Bible school for children in grades K-5. This Christian learning program includes biblical lessons, music, crafts, games, and more.
Children's Choir
Children have fun and learn to sing in our growing Children's Choir! All children are welcome! Singing is part of children's Wednesday Night activities.
Parents' Night Out Events
Parents get a break and kids learn about the Bible and have fun at these monthly events.
